DOUBLE PILOT OPERATED CHECK VALVES TO WELD

Having inside the check cartridge,the function of this valve is nearly the same of the pilot operated check valves. Directly weld onto the cylinder.This valve has been designed to reduce the speed and limit potential vibrations of the cylinder. V1011 is single piloted operated check valve, V1010 and V1012 are double pilot operated check valves.

Assembly

Connect V1 and V2 to the supply and weld C1 and C2 to the actuator. The check cartridge and the pilot piston have to be fitted after installation of the valve, therefore they are supplied separately
